Game Summary & Highlights: The first half was dominated by the Jaguars as they scored 5 goals, but the Sneaky Cleats put their game faces on and held them off the second half and took shots on goal.

Game Summary & Highlights: Visiting San Ramon Bronco's passing display and hustle opened scoring chances in the first half, but Livermore Swarm's defense closed down often to protect a 1-0 first half lead. Katrina Hickman's goal from the front of the box found the upper right net for the Swarm's goal. The Bronco's Rachel Rodriguez found the upper right net on a direct kick to tie the game early in the 2nd half. To ugh defense on both teams withstood each team's offensive speed and passing to preserve the tie.

Under-9 Girls, Bronze

Livermore Elite Blast (1) vs Danville Mustang Stampede (1)

Defensive Players: Kayla Brisco, Carly Bond, Blast

Goals & Assists: Skylar Lewis (1)

Game Summary & Highlights: The Livermore girls played a great game in Danville. They fell behind in the second half, but Skylar Lewis tied the game with an excellently placed shot. Kayla Brisco and Carly Bond were outstanding on defense.

 

 

San Ramon Stars (1) vs Livermore Elite Blast (0)
Offensive Players: Amanda Silveira, Kayla Brisco, Jenny Gibson

Game Summary & Highlights: The Livermore Elite Blast girls played a very good game despite the loss. Amanda Silveira and Kayla Brisco did a great job in the midfield, and Jenny Gibson kept pushing forward.

 

 

Under-11 Girls, Gold

Mustang Extreme (2) vs Livermore Elite Venom (1)

Offensive Players: Kaitlyn Lipman (1), Haley Houts (A), Venom
Defensive Players: Nicki Lutz, Rachel Braun, Venom
Game Summary & Highlights: After falling behind early in the game, the Venom team battled back, scoring a late goal end keeping pressure on until the final whistle. Down 2-0 with under a minute to play, Kaitlyn Lipman finished a perfect crossing ball from Haley Houts, putting it in the back of the net. The final minutes were a frantic effort to even the score, but the girls were unable to get the ball past the Extreme keeper. Nicki Lutz and Rachel Braun helped keep the game close with great defensive play, but as time ran out, the girls were unable to get the last goal into the net. Once again, Venom played hard to the end, and got a great effort from everyone.

 

 

Under-16 Girls, Bronze

San Ramon Flash (2) vs Livermore Elite Crush ?91 (1)

Game Summary & Highlights:  The San Ramon Flash and Livermore Elite Crush ?91 met in the rain with the Flash putting on a great showing despite playing down a player.  The first goal of the game was in favor of the Flash at 15 minutes by Gabbi Rubino (#19).  The Crush answered the goal 6 minutes into the second half with a goal by Kelsey Engel (#6).  Gabbi Rubino with an assist from Katie Montero (#4) of the Flash answered this goal at minute 22 and held on to the lead despite the efforts of the Crush.

 

FC Fremont Force (2) vs Livermore Elite Crush ?91 (0)

Offensive Players: Andee Oh, Vanessa Ruiz, Megan Bedell, Force; Rebekah Didlake, Marcela Vazquez, Katy Whittaker, Crush

Defensive Players: Shelley Wenzel, Valencia Hamilton, Force; Margaret Donovan, Anna Velsko, Katelyn James (GK), Crush

Goals & Assists: Andee Oh (PK), Vanessa Ruiz (1), Force

Game Summary & Highlights: The FC Fremont Force capitalized on a penalty with a PK by Andee Oh at 20 minutes of play in the first half followed by a well-placed unanswered goal by Vanessa Ruiz after 37 minutes of play.  The Force held on despite a good effort by the Crush after several drives, and Katelyn James (GK) kept the Force from scoring further by making a number of saves throughout the game.

Game Summary & Highlights: The Stealth really kept the heat on the Stompers' Brian Romo (GK), but he was able to keep his cool and blocked all but one shot. The Stompers' offense had a great night.

Game Summary & Highlights: Arsenal struck for 3 goals in the first half and 2 in the 2nd half. The Warriors played hard throughout and did not give up.

Game Summary & Highlights: Livermore Elite Strikers traveled to Oakland to play their first game on artificial turf.  It was a new experience for the Strikers, but they performed great. Carson Paynter scored first for the Strikers, on a free kick in the first half. All the Livermore players played strong in the first half. Jose Vides scored second for the Strikers with an assist from Miguel Suarez. The Bulldogs came out very strong after the half, they out shot the Strikers, but the outstanding work by Scott Newby as goal-keeper, kept the Strikers ahead and gave them the win.

Game Summary & Highlights: FC Livermore United defeated Bay Oaks Sciciuna 4-0 behind goals by Enrique Gonzales, Albert Muscat, Geovani Carbajal, and Jason Trumpp. Fueled by the dominant mid-field play of D. J. Rashe, C. J. Salazar, Alex Garcia, Jesus Moreno, and Devin Mah, United pressed on the Sciciuna defense the entire game. Additional standout play was provided by Jonathan Ramirez on offense, Cody Hoster, Doug Bradshaw, Kevin Fread, Richie Howard, Sean Cerruti, and Dillon Miller on defense and Ian Coolbear as goal-keeper.

Game Summary & Highlights: FC Livermore United extended it's first place lead after defeating the second place Walnut Creek Warriors 4-1. With two quick goals by Dillon Miller and Enrique Gonzales to start the game, FC United had an opportunity to control the game with great mid-field play for the rest of the first half.  Although Walnut Creek made the score 2-1 e arly in the second half, FC United countered with another goal by Gonzales and added an insurance goal by Jason Trumpp. A solid performance from fullbacks Sean Cerruti, Doug Bradshaw, Kevin Fread, and Richie Howard allowed the midfield and front line to dictate much of the game.
