Registration is the process of signing up your child for participation in Livermore Youth Soccer League activities.
All players in all playing programs must register. The basic league registration fee is required for all players in all playing programs. If you are signing up for the Recreational (House) league, then this is the total amount you pay for 2010 registration.
If you participate in the Premier or Rec-Plus programs, there will be supplemental program fees due in addition to the basic registration fee. The extra fees and any additional paperwork required for participation in the Premier or Rec Plus programs will be administered directly by the program coordinators.
League registration is required for all players in all playing programs.

$120 for U5-U8 players
$140 for U9-U19 players

- Last day to register online for U14 and Younger is May 15, 2010
- Last day to register without a late fee for U14 and younger age groups is May 15, 2010.
Registrations received or postmarked after May 15, 2010 are classified as 'late' and are subject to a $25 late fee. Late applications will be processed through a waiting list for placement on a space available basis.

- Players new to LYSL must supply a copy of their legal passport or certified birth certificate (not a hospital or baptism record) if they have not previously participated in LYSL activities. If you do not have a copy of legal passport or certified birth certificate, you can still start the registration process, however, the required passport/birth certificate must be supplied to the league before the player can be placed on a team and participate in any practices.
- All paperwork requires the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
- After team formation later this year, all players in the U9-U19 age groups , will need to provide provide a current head shot photo (1 inch by 1 inch) for their required player pass. This photo should be forwarded to the League through the team coach. Please do not include a 1"x1" player pass photo at the time of registration document submittal. Player pass photos will be collected by the coach or team manager.
- Requests for registration fee refunds must be in writing and received by the league no later than Aug 31, 2010 to be considered. [click here for details and forms] NOTE: the LYSL Board has set the non-refundable portion of the registration fees at $30.
We accept payment in the form of cash, personal check, money orders, and cashier's checks. Personal check (no business checks) must be pre-printed with a residential address (no P.O. boxes) and printed numbers (no starter checks). Check payment are to be made out to "LYSL". Credit card payments are accepted through the online and walk-in options only.
NOTE: Uniforms are NOT included in the registration fees. Uniforms are purchased separately at Uniform Sale Days. The dates for these events where uniforms can be purchased in person will be announced later in the year. Please check the uniforms page for more uniform information and the uniform sale date schedule.
New uniforms are not required each season. The current recreation uniform style will be worn in 2010 and 2010 and can be worn in 2011 when we may transition again. A decision on transitioning to a new uniform during the 2011 season has not been made at this time. Future availability of the current model and member sentiment will guide the league in the 2011 uniform decision.
