Fusion SC U15 Girls Maroon - NORCAL STATE CUP CHAMPIONS!

The
Fusion SC U15 Girls Maroon team coached by Jamie Schock were crowned
NORCAL STATE CUP CHAMPIONS this past weekend. The team defeated a very
talented EBU-Bay Oaks side on penalty kicks after a 2-2 tie game. This
is the second championship final the team reached in Cup competition.
After falling short in the CYSA State cup final, the team re-grouped and
came back strong to ensure a key championship victory and end the
season on a high note. Congratulations on a well deserved and
outstanding achievement!

Fusion SC U15 Girls Black - CYSA PRESIDENTS CUP CHAMPIONS!!

The
Fusion SC U15 Girls Black team under the leadership of Coach Robert
Fairclough were crowned CYSA PRESIDENTS CUP CHAMPIONS today. The
Championship game final score of 6-2 against Delta Extreme culminated a
very successful and fantastic run in this competition. With this title
the team will now be participating in the Regional competition later in
the year in Salt Lake City, UT. Congratulations to all the players,
coach and families. Job well done!

| CYSA STATE CUP FINALISTS - Tuesday, May 17, 2011Fusion SC U15 Girls Maroon - CYSA STATE CUP FINALIST!

The U15
Girls Maroon team led by Coach Jamie Shock ended their fantastic run in
this competition this past weekend. The Championship game against a very
good and solid Foothill MVLA team ended in a 5-0 final score. Coach
Jamie is very proud of the efforts and all the accomplishments this team
has achieved this year. The growth of the players has been incredible.
This result will certainly place the team in the top 15 spot in the
Nation. Fantastic effort!

Team "Crush" won the Norcal State Cup Championship for their division
with an undefeated performance record in the playoffs through the

The Fusion SC U9 Boys Maroon Team won its league game against UCSC Barcelona 4-1 on Sunday. The goals were scored by Carlos Ventura (2), Nate Miskella and Zach Rittmann. | Fusion U10 Boys Maroon take 2nd in Manteca.... - Tuesday, September 07, 2010
The Livermore Fusion U10 Boys Maroon team finished second in the 1st Annual Manteca FC PortuGoal Cup Labor Day weekend. The team went three for three defeating the Santa Cruz Sharks 4-0, the Manteca Rangers 1-0, and the Manteca Flames 3-0 before falling to Stockton Monarcas 2-1 in a hard-fought Championship game. Excellent offensive play by Nick La Rosa, Carlos Ventura, and Carson King gave the Maroon team their goals while strong defensive play by Cameron McGee, Brodie Wolf, and Hayden Glasco along with phenomenal goalkeeping work by Marcus Robles ensured the team three shut-outs in the first three games. Ryan Phillips, Cameron Moghadam, and Nick Hill all helped to round out the team's powerhouse weekend in the heat in Manteca. The team is coached by Larry Phillips, Tony La Rosa, and Ted Wolf. Congratulations to all the boys on their great second place finish!

| Fusion Storm U9 Girls second place finish in the Manteca PortuGoal tournament. - Tuesday, September 07, 2010
The Livermore Fusion Storm U9 Girls team continued its successful season with a second place finish in the Manteca PortuGoal tournament this weekend. Storm shutout its first two opponents, De Anza Force 2-0 and Mustang Crunch 3-0 behind excellent goalkeeping by Eliana Eme and Carlie Spruiell. Storm displayed great shutout defense from Justynne Thomas, Jordan Goodwin and Claire March. The midfield controlled the game with excellent transition by Kayla Lewis, Leila Ganz, Sierra Street, Carlie Spruiell and Isabella La Rosa. The forward attack and passing by Kaleigh Castillo, Alivia Ganz, Claire March and Ally Cooper disrupted any counter attack by their opponents. Goals were scored by Sierra Street, Isabella La Rosa and Alivia Ganz with assists from Kaleigh Castillo, Justynne Thomas and Sierra Street. Fusion Storm came up short losing to the second ranked Modesto Ajax team in the championship game. The team is coached by Tony La Rosa and Bret Dupuis. Congratulations to the Storm players for another great tournament.

| 94B Maroon take 2nd place at Juventus Tournament of Champions.... - Wednesday, August 04, 2010
Livermore's Fusion SC 94B Maroon led by Matt Caution, took home the Silver 2nd place trophy in the 40th Annual Juventus Tournament of Champions over the weekend of 7/31-8/1 2010. The tournament was this new teams' very first tournament play. They worked hard as a team and played well, advancing to the Championship game.
In the first game they battled a disciplined Juventus 94 White team to a 0-0 tie while in the 2nd game they came alive with a 5-0 win with a balanced attack over the West Valley United 94 Red. The 3rd game found the 94B Maroon in another dog fight resulting in a 3-3 tie against Ravenswood 94 Portugal, the tie advancing both teams to face each other again in a Semi-final match. In the Semi's 94B Maroon, again with balanced attack and sound defense, resulted in a well deserved 3-1 win, advancing them to the Championship. They came up just short in the final game vs. a talented Newark Eagle team losing 3-1.

| U10G Fusion Black take San Ramon Cup! - Saturday, July 31, 2010
Our very own Livermore Under 10 Girls soccer team won First Place in the San Ramon Cup! What a weekend it was! Our Fusion Black team led by Coach Eric Meeker swept the tournament to take home the trophy. With great passing and outstanding pace, Fusion Black posted 10-1, 7-0, 3-1, and 11-0 wins to close out the tournament. Because of their outstanding passing, all 12 players that participated scored a goal! And lastly, perhaps more importantly, Fusion was voted the tournaments "Best Team Presentation" for their sportsmanship and professionalism by the Tournament Director and Referee staff.
They will be a force to be reckoned with this year!
